Position: Deputy Recorder                                                    AFSCME Union Local 612.

Salary: $30,414.00                                                                Full time/Benefits

Applicant must have knowledge of the daily functions that consist with the Recorders office.

      • This office utilizes Computer Information Concepts Peopleware software programming. This is an online management imaging system. Applicant
         may be tested in this area.

      • Must demonstrate acceptable computer skills and general office procedures.

      • Must display knowledge of current office technology and scanning.

      • Display ability to work with the public, along with distributing information over the telephone.

      • Individual must be able to handle the lifting and pulling of large books.

      • Must possess excellent written and verbal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

      • This job may consist of any other duties that exist within the everyday operations of this office.

NOTE: Every day operations of the office may consist of: Answering the phone, typing, waiting on the public, scanning, looking up information on the computer, recording and prof reading documents, checking tract index sheets, or making copies.
