REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

CLOUD-BASED TIME AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Macon County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive cloud-based Time and Attendance Management System for approximately 500 employees.

The County seeks a modern Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that will automate employee timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, labor tracking, reporting, and payroll integration while supporting both onsite and remote employees.

The selected vendor shall provide software licensing, implementation services, training, data migration assistance, ongoing support, and maintenance.
