The purpose of the Empowerment Opportunity Center (formerly DMCOC) is to prepare our customers to enter the economic mainstream of society by providing the skills, opportunities, advocacy, and services needed to become self-sufficient. Our Staff and Board of Directors will share in our success, fostering a sense of belonging and pride throughout Decatur and Macon County.
