Decatur Public Building Commission (5 year)

Constructs, acquires, enlarges, improves, repairs buildings used for City of Decatur and Macon County business purposes to ensure efficient, adequate, centrally located buildings for use in the conduct of local government by the various branches, departments and agencies thereof.

Qualifications of commissioners include experience in real estate management, building construction or finance.
