Job Title:      Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science and/or 5 years of equivalent work experience. In this position you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, upgrades and configuration of new software, computers, servers, printers, and other ancillary equipment. Provide technical support and assistance to personnel. Must have knowledge of all Microsoft programs. Must have experience maintaining database records including entering, updating, correcting, and purging records. Must be able to manage security solutions/infrastructure, including firewall and antivirus systems. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with a third-party IT company. Must have the ability to work well with personnel and other professional partners. Must have experience managing internal phone systems. Must always maintain confidentiality. Must stay current with new IT trends and technologies.

Must have a dependable vehicle for use during work hours, valid Illinois Driver’s License, and appropriate auto insurance. Must be able to carry, pull, and manage a minimum of 30 pounds of equipment daily.

Salary: $49,600
