SPECIMEN BALLOT

The specimen ballot for the upcoming November 3, 2026 General Election is available on the Macon County Clerk’s website, www.maconcounty.illinois.gov.

Early Voting for the General Election begins on Thursday, September 24, 2026 and will take place at the Early Voting Center located at 151 W. Wood Street, Decatur.  Early Voting hours are available on the county’s website.

Vote by Mail ballots will be mailed out on September 24, 2026.  You can request a Vote by Mail ballot on the county’s website or at the county clerk’s office during normal business hours.  Vote by Mail ballots may be returned via USPS or may be dropped off at the ballot drop box located on the south side of the Macon County Office Building on the corner of Main and Wood Street.
